The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18,                               
2002, calendar (page 3010), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 319(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to civil liability for commercial recreational                                 
    activities and for guest passengers on an aircraft or watercraft; and

Representatives Dyson, Bunde, Harris, and Fate moved and asked                                      
unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to                                
a conflict of interest.  Objection was heard, and the members were
